The top management of METALUX S.A. aims at the absolute satisfaction of its customers, through a systematic analysis of their current and future needs and desires, meeting their requirements and trying to exceed their expectations.
The objectives of the company are:

The continuous improvement of the quality of the products and services provided to the customer

These objectives require:
Perfect organization and operation of all departments of the company
Appropriate and adequate training of staff
Selection of competent executives and personnel and reliable partners / suppliers
Continuous vigilance regarding the new data of the external environment
Maintaining excellent condition of the facilities and equipment used
These objectives are achieved through the implementation of a Quality Management System as per ISO 9001: 2015 standard, including the applicable regulatory requirements and current legislation, in all aspects of the company’s activity. Measurable objectives for quality assurance are established, which are reviewed in terms of their suitability at regular intervals by the Top Management.
The Management expresses its absolute commitment to the compliance of the predetermined principles of the Quality Management System and the continuous improvement of its efficiency. It is committed to provide all the necessary resources for its effective implementation and has appointed a representative for the establishment and maintenance of this System.
